By downloading, accessing, or using the Jivana mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Provider & Intellectual Property

The service is operated by ZORDON INTELLIGENCE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (KRS: 0001190915, NIP: 7252358503, REGON: 542545843).

All original UI designs, software code, custom audio arrangements, and translations are the intellectual property of Zordon Intelligence sp. z o.o. Classical Sanskrit recensions and traditional verses are in the public domain.

3. In-App Subscriptions & Purchases

Jivana offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Jivana Premium") and one-time lifetime purchases:

Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Account Settings on your iOS device.

4. Disclaimer

Jivana is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for contemplative, educational, and philosophical purposes. It is not intended as medical, psychiatric, or legal advice.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland and applicable European Union regulations.
